  • 35gr of confit duck
  • 1 mini bruschetta bread
  • 25gr tomato / courgette purée
  • 20gr mozzarella cheese
  • 10gr red pesto
  • 1gr oregano and Italian spice mix

Recipe

  • Place the red pesto and tomato / courgette purée on the bruschetta
  • Arrange the confit duck
  • Add the mozzarella cheese
  • Sprinkle with oregano and Italian spice mix
  • Toast in the oven
